Why isn't ambulance Soraka a thing?

OH GOD YES. Not only would I buy this in a heartbeat, I'd actually play Soraka.

Soraka should have some sort of medical-themed skin, but instead we have stuff like Nurse Akali (Who isn't a support?). Go figure.
