Factions/Teams

I had an interesting idea brewing the other day and I thought that I might share. We're all separated into different factions upon reaching lvl. 30 and joining ranked queue. For instance, I'm in "Volibear's Dragons". I thought it would be interesting and carry a scent of interest if there was more publicized friendly competition built between factions. Players could maybe even choose a faction to support (Demacia, Shadow Isles, etc.) and at the end of every month the faction with the most points via recognition for friendly behavior and doing well in games and so on could be rewarded. Could be cool if it was attacked in the right direction? Idk I'm just a nobody so who's gonna listen anyway? Lol
