Victorious skins

[sg-janna] I am a bit confused. Victorious skins are seemingly earned, but some postings are saying they have obtained victorious skins by other means via the store or hextech crafting. I just want to know, If I rank gold or beyond this season can I pick a victorious skin? RIOT PLEASE! Regardless I want Janna. I mean, if you "one trick" your way to M7 and gold or beyond with Janna... doesn't that deserve to be victorious Janna and not victorious Graves/ whoever else it is this year.

I'm 2 million points on Elise but i've pretty much accepted the fact that its impossible to get them anymore.

There is no humanly possible way to get old victorious skins on live servers other then by prohibited account sharing. When you hit gold this season, or any future season, what you see is what you get when they announce whos victorious.

PBE also puts victorious skins on availability occasionally (ATM morgana you can get in mystery chest, Elise is only 10 BE, i think graves is like 1 but unsure), don't recall janna ever being available yet though but anything can happen on PBE.

As for my opinion, overall its shitty and never should've been designed this way, but since it already has been, i don't actually agree with re-releases since those hold a lot of value and vintage to players that did earn them. I doubt you'd piss off as many vic j4 owners as you'd make j4 mains in total happy, but there should still be proof that those are the real deals.

Only thing i'd be fine with is if they gave victorious skins the championship riven treatment and put vintage borders on them and we can select which skin we want from that point forward, but other then that, they shouldn't be de-valued.

I said this a long time ago and got down voted to oblivion... But still, I think you should have the option to choose ONE victorious skin each year if you reach Gold. It doesn't hurt the old players because they'll have them all. -__-

As Tormentula said, I feel the championship Riven issue will put this whole thing to rest.
