Recommendation for buying Champions

I felt like I wanted to but a champion, but didn't know which one to purchase, seeing as there are so many options. Then the thought came to me. There should be an option in the Champions tab to purchase a random, not owned Champion. If anyone else agrees, please try to pass this thought around until Riot hears of it or something. I don't know how this stuff works.
