Morro, the Etenal Sound

Some believe in many Gods that exist in the living realm and others. A fabled tale is that of the God of sound called Morro, a mighty warrior of ancient times, who's one true love was brutally murdered in front of. The horrible scream he let out tore him apart from the inside and gave birth to sound - for before, the universe was silent. Morro had been thought to be dead for ages and ages, yet during a Noxian invasion, the terrified shout of a child whose mother was being ripped away called to the God of sound. In front of a Noxian soldier, the might Morro materialized, and let out a sound that disintegrated the wrongdoer's body, and his own, returning to disembodiment. Many instances in history have seen similar events, but every time, the witnesses are named crazy. Morro hears all and defends the innocent, who deserve the life he should have had.

Primary Role - Fighter Secondary Role - Mage

Passive - Frequency - Morro has a constant noise that resonates off of his materialized body. Around him is a field of sound energy, when once entered, an enemy is slowed by 10% for 2 seconds and Morro gains 10 energy. This cannot occur on the same champion for 5 seconds. This passive is lost when he activates his ultimate.

Q - Amplify - From Morro's mouth comes a burst of sound starting out thin and then expanding outward. Scales with AD and AP.

W - Sonic Boom - Morro let's out a concussive sound towards the ground that knocks every enemy within range slightly away from him. Reactivating this ability will unleash another sonic boom, this time bringing all enemies in range towards Morro the same distance. Reactivating this ability gains 20 energy instantly. Scales with AP and AD.

E - Vibrate - Morro's next basic attack will cause the enemy to vibrate violently, stunning them briefly, doing both magic damage and physical damage. The cooldown of Vibrate is reduced by 1 second whenever another ability is used. Scales with AP and AD.

R - Cacophony - Morro transforms into sound energy, leaving his body behind and completely vulnerable. While in this form he can move about the map at incredible speed, and revealing any hidden enemy while being invincible. Reactivating this ability will tear apart his old body, sacrificing a large percentage of health, and allowing him to form a new body wherever he is in his other form.

Appearance - I picture Morro as a more built Draven, with much longer hair. He wears armor as a warrior should. He would look like a God since he is one.

Other notes:

• The idea is to build him as a hybrid bruiser, with a kit to be formidable at 1v1's.
• As the God of sound, Morro has many different dances to many different songs.
• Taunt would be Morro whistling and notes flying out of him, each getting larger.
• Laugh would be 3 ha's, each rising in volume.
• Joke would be Morro miming because why not.
• Many interactions with all different champions, good, bad, neutral.
• The cinematics on his ultimate would have to be super cool, like Xerath's taunt, where he "explodes" himself, but where the shreds of his torn body vanish into the air and then that effect happens backwards upon reactivation.
