[Champion concept] Fen, the honor of the rapier.

Fen has brown hair, a challenging look, white armor, and wields a rapier as primary weapon, and a dagger as a secondary, whick he only uses when using certain skills.

Fen Jackson was part of House Jackson, being House Laurent's rival. Every year, is realized a tournament between both houses, and House Laurent always won, specially when Fiora started fighting. But one day, in Fen's first match against Fiora, he saw her faher thying to paralyze him, then being arrested, after this, Fiora was disquallified. Fen was upset about it, so he practiced hard, very hard, for the next tournament, but he wanted to prepare himself agains other oponents before facing the Grand Duelist, so he took part of lots of other competitions,fighting with his soul. He won all of the figtts, so he realized he was ready to face Fiora. In the next year, it was the time to face her, in a big arena they fought, slashimg, lunging, dodging, until Fiora unleashed her secret move, the Blade Waltz, which she slashed and jumped lots of times around him, and consequently he lost, bit left a mark on her arm. After the duel, Fiora praised her, so he did, and she said that she was joining the league in the following year, and her last words to him were ''See you there, if you're brave enough''. So he started practicing his own moves, to prepare to face fiora, then he joined the league, to prove that the Jacksons can win against the Laurents too. ''If you dedicate your time in sometthing that you like, you can be the best at it'' -- Fiora

So, lets go to his attack animations

#1:He thrusts the target's neck #2 and 3: Thrusts some points in the target's chest. Critical hit: He thrusts VERY fast 3 times in the chest of the enemy

Skills finally -_- [Passive] Reflexes of a True Warrior: Fen has 5%/15%/20% chance to parry basic attacks from the opponent.(levels 1/6/14)

[Q] Deadly lunge: Fen lunges at his target, slashing him with his dagger spinning, and then striking the opponent's chest with the rapier. The dagger deals 30/40/50/60/70(0.4 AD) and the rapier deals 50/70/100/120/150(0.8 AD) Cooldown: 14/12/10/9/8 sec Mana: 60

[W] Disarming attack: Fen attacks the target unit perfectly, disarming it (unable to use basic attacks and spells) for 2/2.5/3/3.5/4 seconds and dealing 80/90/100/140/180 (0.8 AD) damage. Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 (The cooldown can NOT be lower than 5 seconds) Mana: 50

[E] Battle Speed: After Fen attacks, he can use this skill to dash a short distance in the cursor direction. Can only be cast one time in 5/4/3/2/1 seconds.

[Ultimate] Crescent moon combo: Fen has created his signature attack, a flurry of 5 hits in the target and enemies behind him. The target is stunned for the duration (1.4 seconds) and the enemies behind are slowed by 30/40/50%. Each hit of the flurry deals 60/80/100 (1.0AD). Cooldown: 100/80/70 seconds. Mana:120/100/100 Every tick of damage applies on-hit effects. This ability may be cancelled with hard crowd control.

Top lane: He bullies his lane oponent with his [W] when it's going to last hit, and when the enemy fails in positioning, he can iniciate with Deadly Lunge [Q], Disarming Attack [W], a few attacks and dashing away. When the opponent iniciates, he dashes to avoid his skillls, disarmsand attacks. If level 6, use Crescent Moon Combo to snare him and deal tons of damage!

Teamfights: When your tank starts, use Deadly Lunge [Q], disarm the carry, and dash around for the perfect Ultimate, so it will give your teammates a chance to reposition and kill the enemy team.

Works well with: Jarvan IV, Braum, Orianna

Has a tough time with: Jayce, Riven and Leona.
