Secret Agent Tresh

After Sunday's CLG vs CST game I thought it would be cool to give Tresh a secret agent skin because of Aphromoo's reference to James Bond and how the first black actor will be the next James Bond. I thought This would be a neat thing Riot could do a reference to.
