I wish Riot can add a Skin Trade function.

I believe there are people like me loves to collect skins, but some exclusive skins are not available. why not Riot get a "Skin For Skin" or "RP for Skins" trade ? Just wondering if i can have those skins on my acct. really want that Black Ali, as a Supp Main. <3
