[champion select] a tiny improvement with great impact

I'm a fairly new player, just 3 months or so. I find it difficult during champion select to figure out what champion to select based on what others have chosen. I'm not familiar with many of the champs and you have to click on each champion to see their info. I love playing support but you don't need more than one. the last game or 2 i've played has been 2 supports on bottom. it really stunk.

so...my suggestion is during champ select, to be able to hover over the champs to see the basic info in a pop up. many of the other features have hover/pop ups.
