The Hextech Sentinel (need a good name, please comment)

So this will be an AD-caster type of champion. i have no idea what role he will be good in.

Lore: When the great scientist Heimerdinger heard about the dangers that threatened Piltover, he decided to help by creating a hextech-powered protector of the city. Shutting himself in his laboratory for days, he set to work on his masterpiece thus far. He created all-new weapons and circuits, programming the mech with an self-learning AI that would automatically adapt to the situation. Unfortunately, shortly after he finished, the defence of Piltover moved to the league. Heimerdinger joined the League of Legends and his workshop in Piltover was closed. But recently, a intruder entered his lab. As he (or she) was looking for valuable work, he/she accidentaly tripped over the power cable, activating the mech that had been standing there for months. Quickly, the machine whirred to live, analyzing it's enviroment and knocking the intruder out. the police force of Piltover found him the next morning, standing still in front of the door. They called an expert, who immediately recognised it as the sentinel Heimerdinger built to protect the city and sent him to the League.

The Hextech Sentinel now fights in the League of Legends, fighting for the place he was built. Some wonder, though. Was he really inactive, all the time in Piltover?

Looks:
Something like this would be nice, but less futuristic and more steampunk-y He would use his right arm for basic attacks, firing off gatling gun-like bullets (think Jinx' minigun) He will be a ranged champ, with an attack range a little bigger than Jayce's cannon form (520 or so)

Abilities: Passive: Hextech Machinery. The Hextech Sentinel uses a heat meachanic similar to Rumble's. Max Heat: 300.

200 Heat: Everything is normal 200 Heat: Overheating. All his abilities do 25% less damage to all sources. He also gets a 5% movement speed boost. 250 Heat: All his abilities do 50% less damage Heat. Movement speed boost increased to 10%. Heat dissipates based on the level of his E.

Whenever he hits an enemy with an ability, the Hextech Sentinel gains true vision of them for 1 second.

Q: Sawblade. The sentinel fires of an heavy sawblade from its left arm, dealing 70/120/160/210/250 (+ 60% AD) damage and slowing them by 30%. Range: 600
Heat generated: 60 Cooldown: 8 seconds

W: Rocket Barrage. The next 2/3/4/5/6 basic attacks become empowered, gaining 100/150/200/250/300 range and dealing a small amount of bonus AoE damage equal to 50% of his total AD. This effect lasts for 10 seconds. Range: Self Heat generated: 20 Heat on initial cast and 5 heat per empowered autoattack used. Cooldown: 8 seconds

E: Cyrotheum Cooler. Sends out a small burst of icy coolant at an nearby enemy, dealing 40/80/120/160/200 (+ 30% AP) damage and first stunning them for 0.5s, then applying a 60% slow. Heat dissipates based on the level of this ability: 4/5/6/7/8 Heat per second. If this ability is cast, his Heat level is immediately reduced by 100. Can be cast on self, but doesn't stun him. Range: 450 Heat generated: -100 Cooldown (hehe): 8 seconds.

R: Adapt: (80/70/60 sec cooldown) The Hextech Sentinel adapts to his current situation, empowering one skill or his basic attacks for the next 3/4/5 casts or 7/8/9 basic attacks. What ability gets empowered depends on which one he uses next. That ability also gets +35% CDR. Heat costs stay the same. Q: Q becomes empowered, sending out 3 blades in a cone dealing 150/200/250 (+80% AD) damage and slowing by 50%. Range also increases to 900. The cone has a width of 300 units. W: W empowers, dealing larger AoE damage (think Ziggs' Satchel Charge) and increasing the range to 1400. E: E becomes empowered, stunning the enemy for 1.5 seconds and increasing the damage of his other abilities or basic attacks by 20%. R: The Hextech Sentinel empowers his gatling gun, gaining 60% attack speed and 40 AD He can still use his W while auto's are empowered.

So what do you guys think? OP, undertuned or just right? And do you like the theme? Comment and please give (constructive) critisism

Hm... He reminds me a bit of Rumble mixed with Ez. I think the idea of having an AD caster would be pretty could and possibly add some more variety to what appears in mid lane.

I really like the idea of his passive. Seeing as he can provide vision and has slows he may even make for a poke heavy/AD support, which would be a cool idea.
