he need a rework because i love hecarim but he not powerful he just need new moves and just a over all buff who agrees?

He is really good, what are you talking about? You don't need to always be damage to carry a game. Get mr and armor and just e and q w into teamfights. win said teamfights because you dont have a limit of health regain with your w on enemy champions.

According to your recent match history, you are nothing but one greedy bastard. I think you mean "Hecarim needs nerfs".
What are you talking about? Hecarim is plenty strong right now, he is a high damage late game tank with EXTREMELY strong intiation, he just takes time to get going. Late game a good Hec ult can be literally game changing.
