[Champion Concept][New casting system] Mr. X, The Rich

This is a champion I created, and he will be casting on gold!!! yea GOLD!!!

Story: Mr. X lived in a rich family when he is a child, enjoying the life of being a wealth. However when he was in teenage, one day a bunch of soldiers broke through the main gate, robbed all the valuable, burnt down the rest, and his parent died under soldier's violence and sword. He was lucky enough to become the only survivor by hiding under the bed. He had nothing starting from that moment.

With effort and luck, tears and blood, he spent 10 years and built a great Business ,earned the reputation all over the land, and of course, money.

But he will never forget, the lesson he learnt with the tragedy he had once experienced. Not just looking for more money, he turned to seek power, the power he can control so that no one will ever dare to destroy his "Business Empire" again . Eventually, he found league. He believe that if he can have all those people serving in league turned to serve him, his business will last forever. But he failed, no one was tempted by the money he offered, no matter the amount.

Thus he changed the strategy, he decided to join league. He will tell the people the power of money, teach them a lesson, and one day people will beg to serve him for money.

Passive: 1.Rich from the poor: when an enemy Champion is killed by Mr. X, 30% of the existing gold owned by the enemy will be robbed and transfer to Mr. X, the effect will be halved when assist. 2. Working Capital Whenever Mr. X leave his base, he will be granted 50/100/150/200 gold (in 1/6/13/18 level), 100 second cold down.

Q, Paid for death: Cost: 0/10/15/20/25 gold cold down: 10/8/6/4/2 second range: 1000 missile speed: 700 Description: Mr. X shoot his gold toward the mouse direction, will be stop by the first target hit.

If it hit an enemy minion , the minion will die immediately.(deal 50% effect to cannon and baron buffed minion, 30% effect to super minion)

If it hit an alliance champion, 5/5/10/15/20 gold will be granted to the alliance and movement speed of the alliance will be increase by 15% for 1 second, no stack effect.

If it hit an enemy champion or Neutral monster, it will deal 25/35/45/55/65(+0.2 Total AD)(+0.05 gold owned) and slow their movement speed by 15% for 1 second, and applied a stack of gold.(Maximum 5 stacks)(Slow effect will be cap at 40%)(Stack lasts for 5 sec without hit)

W, I paid, my place cost: 50 gold in all rank Knock back range: 500/550/600/650/700 Cold down: 15 second in all rank Description: Mr. X paid to rent the place, and conduct the following effect:

If the mouse points to floor, all enemy champion and minion will be knock away from Mr. X

If the mouse points to alliance, all enemy champion and minion will be knock away from the alliance, effective range :700

If the mouse points to enemy champion, all champions(included alliance) except the the target will be knock away from Mr. X

E: Time to pay back No cost cold down: 14/13/12/11/10 passive: Mr. X's basic attack on enemy champion and neutral monster will applied a stack of Gold. Active: Mr. X drained 5 gold for each enemy minion around him (range 1000), and 5 golds from each stack he put on enemy champion. Enemy champion with 3/4/5 stacks will be stunned for 0.5/1/1.5 second. Mr. X will also cause 2.5 % Attack damage on enemy champion's Maximum health per stack. Stack will not applied on the same enemy champion for 14/13/12/11/10 second after casting. (but can stack on other champion while cold down)

R: Money Rules!! Passive: Mr. X get 15/30/45% more gold from killing minion, double the effect if the minion is killed by "Paid for death" Active: Cost 120/240/360 gold cold down 100/80/60 effect range: 1500 Mr. X shows his enthusiasm on Gold and will like to share the feeling desperately to all. Description: Mr. X will automatically cancelled all the recall (All! and all transport too !!) within the range. X will be granted a money buff for 15 second with 3 effect: a) Cold down of "Time to payback" of Mr. X will be shorten to 1 second b) Mr. X can immediately applied stack of gold after the casting of "Time to pay back" However, stunning effect will be removed during the money buff period. c) Stack of gold will be doubled by each basic attack and "pay for death".

Half of the cost will be refund if not kill or assist earned by X during the buff. If Transport (No matter enemy or alliance champion) is cancelled by "Money Rules", its cool down will by shorten to 60 seconds.
