Not my concept, just found this scrolling through deviant art, I think it's time Kass got some love

Looks really nice! I would have preferred a bit more contrast and a green blade though. I made an edit where his vest is red, so it is easier to distinguish his torso from his hips and down.
Changes:
- Green blade
- Added a green glow from the skulls' eye socket
- Changed the colour of the vest to red to more clearly separate the upper- and lower body
- Changed the glow from his eyes to green to make them stand out from his scarf
yeah i think the green does look nice on him
