Legacy skins?

I have been speculating about, when we are going to see the precious legacy skins in store again? I really want the Phantom Karthus skin :)

Most aren't coming back, but you can get them in mystery gifts if you're lucky

legacy skins will always be available again, from my experience there is sometimes some type of legacy skin sale near the end or start of summer, then there are the holiday legacy skins that come out every year.

A lot of legacy come out during holidays or an event, or even reworks on specific champion, but I don't see a situation where skins like Rusty Blitzcrank come out again.

because rusty blitz isnt legacy it was straight up removed from the game

Rusty blitzcrank is limited not legacy. Limited skins don't return,while legacy skins do return from time to time.

Though we have to keep in mind that they did bring back some limited skins already(the older halloween skins were originally limited,but are now legacy)

They do return in store for a limited time throughout the year, but you never know when, or if they'll be put in a big bundle.

Personally I'm pretty bummed they don't allow you to buy the Lollipoppy skin on its own. It's currently available, but you need to purchase this huge bundle and it's very expensive, especially considering I just want that one skin.
