Just please, for April fools skin (suck and Meowkai and Draven Draven) well flying spaghetti monster velkoz would be a really funny and awesme skin :D

While I love the idea, Vel'koz already has one april's fool skin and it wouldn't be fair to give a single champion 2 before atleast a good part of the champions have 1.
As much as I would like another VELKOZ skin, me being a VELKOZ main, I don't think riot is going to make it. This skin idea has existed since VELKOZ was released and riot still hasn't made it.
