Melee Brawler inspired by fighting style of kick-boxers

Concept: low base damage high attack speed melee champ with displacement abilities that could be built with attack speed or with bruiser items that replicates the fighting style of a traditional kickboxer. He is strong against other ad champs with his high base armor and sustain but very vulnerable to CC and bursty AP champs because of his low base MR and outside of his passive. I wanted to design a champion that can fill several roles without being too good at any one thing. For example, if you wanted to build him as a bruiser with items like item 3071 it would be very good on him due to his Q passive you would be able to stack its armor pen very effectively, or if you wanted to play him as a tank-shredder with item 3153 you could do that too. Taking him into the jg would also be quite good due to his high base attack speed and armor. His strengths would be in long fights where you could get his passive off several times. His early game is rather weak due to the long cd. from his passive without E resets and item dependency. Anyway, just thought I would share this idea I had and feel free to let me know your thoughts if you would want to see a champion like this in the rift!

Brutus, Champion of the Ring

I love the idea and the moves, Everyone loves a boxing character (Kickboxing), and it makes it easier to provide skins and thematic for the character. But I do have some confusion with part of the abilities.

The displacement. At first, it sounds great, but as I think about it I see problems. 1. being that The displacement doesn't really do anything but force movement on the enemy. A good thing, but what is it proving for this champion? It's not clear.

  1. Having two displacements back to back can get obnoxious. Adding on slows and dashes would make it more so. It seems like CC, CC which Lee Sin only has on his Ult. Supports have it in their Kit but they aren't meant for 1on1 fighting and killing the enemy by themselves. This champ seems to provide both utility and burst damage, while also sustained damage.

R - K.O punch. An execute. But, if you don't execute you heal instead, heal a lot. This messes up both the Theme of the champion and breaks their kit. They have CC, Self Heal, execute, High Damage and dashes to avoid damage, skill shots and stay on their opponent. It wouldn't be a problem, but its all very strong separately too.

I like the concept, but I think it has too much. A lot needs to be scaled back and the rest needs to be reworked to stay within the theme of the character. ! and W are basically the same thing in different directions. Making the champion repetitive in a bad way, while destroying his/her mechanics.
