Anything for the Rusty Blitzareno

Not sure if this is the right place to post bribes but im wondering what it would take to have a small, very slight, microscopic chance of being able to buy rusty blitzcrank. I will make you a poem if thats what it takes to complete my collection of the skins (ive got every. single. skin. for. him...). so if there is anything i can do to be able to have a chance to be able to get this skin, well i wont hesitate.
