Blitz Re-Make/Update

I can only think of one major upgrade for blitz that I really like (Maybe the ult one, too).

Give his W(?) Movement/Attack Speed Boost a increase in dmg? Maybe make it scale-able with AP?

Also, give his ult some type of stun (keep the silence, too)? Where it shocks the closest target to a # of further targets and stuns them (make it look like energize kinda).

OR ( I LIKE THIS ONE BETTER), make his ult like a circle of lightning that starts from outward to inward in a full circle and make it stun as it goes inward, then it charges up blitz and it does a outward silence explosion. IF you think that stun is too buff make each lightning bolt disappear as it hits a champ so it doesn't hit another champ in the same line of fire. Hope that makes sense.

OR, once blitz charges from the above ult he does a spin punch with knock-up? but... that's too much CC.
