Wow this is awesome! A tad similar in color scheme with Bloodstone, but otherwise it's definitely a skin I'd enjoy seeing in game

Lissandra isnt played much...sadly and I'm a liss main i feel due to her counterintuitive nature. Her Passive, regardless of the lower cd at later levels, just basically doesn't exist. Mana refund is too tempting an offer on many other mages instead of having just one free skill every 18-9 seconds. I love Lissandra dearly and think she has a fantastically amusing kit, but her passive just makes her into a passiveless champ. She's great if you completely STEAM ROLL people, but otherwise she's only good for locking down one target for 3 seconds max, which other champions do much more effecitvely/have enough burst to where they dont need that three second window: Syndra with her R, Morgana has a 6 second lockdown in total if i remember, Cass stun and then her W, and basically every mage plays at a much safer range than Lissandra, yea you can use minions to beat the living shit out of people but if that person isn't melee, they are safe unless you get up in their face. And until you're level six or have Rod of Ages, there's no chance of you beating any current mage in a 1v1 if the player playing them has any level of skill and is good at aiming skillshots.
That is my abbreviated two cents on why Liss, is hardly played except by a VERY niche group. Which is sad....
I love this skin though! I've always dreampt of like an Oni Queen skin or something.
It's so good, but as mentioned before it's too similar to Bloodstone, sadly
