Adding new feature

I have an idea Like the prestige skin line in Vietnam server they allow you to forge the skins with the prestige point even though the event to force the token into the prestige skins already over. It charges you +50 prestige point to force into the prestige skins etc Akali + Kai'sa KD/A prestige edition
