[GAME MODE CONCEPT] Ranked 1v1's

I started playing league around 2 years ago, when I couldn't always go out because I couldn't drive, and when I had all the free time in the world. Yet, a lot can change in the span of 2 years. I no longer have all the free time that I used to have. There have been countless times where I could not logon just due to me only having 30 minutes or so of free time. I used to even buy RP pretty consistently, but now, I always hesistate when I go to buy those riot prepaid cards. I believe making a new queue, Ranked 1v1's, will solve this dilemma, not just for me, but for many that I believe are in similar situations. 5v5's are classic, and will always be the classic LoL game mode, but 1v1's would allow more games to a busy player, and perhaps add some new magic to LoL. Even more so, it would open many oppurtunities for Riot themselves to be creative, make new skins for the 1v1's, revive some old champs (looking at you Urgot), and much more. I don't understand anything about programming or game design, but I do believe that more benefits would come out of making this new Queue type than harm would.
