Can we get a new talon skin?

We haven't gotten a talon skin a quite sometime! Could we get a new Talon skin sometime in the near future? Iv been scrolling threw the Skin ideas and iv seen a couple skins that are worth my money! Please consider a new Talon skin!

I saw one for Soul Reaver Talon and even a Rioter liked it so who knows :^)

but what about lb she has 2 perm skins and 1 legacy... and she's one of the oldest champs in the game(not talking age sorry zilean)
