Kled Skin for Halloween

So I was thinking about Kled having so few Skins and tought about what type of Skin would be nice to have for him in the Future, so I went through his Charakter and his Playstyle and thought that he is usually played pretty balsy and that his ability to be frightening whether he Ults or gets his trusty steed Scarl back.

My Idea was to give him a harrowing Skin, like what is more frightening than a Undead Yordle with a Skeletal Steed? For instance His Q could be like some Bone chackels and if it brakes it splits up into little bones like a broken Backbone maybe even a Skull attatched it that claws onto the enemy. For his Q Unmounted his shotgun should be like he is releasing something out of a mystical Object (maybe Souls in form of projectiles) or a magical explosion in front of him (witch would explain the Knockback) His W Should give his Weapon a more darker steamy shroud or maybe a little red or violett ( depending which Colour his Skin will be) His E should should leave a Ghastly maybe smoking trail behind simular to the colour sceme of any Hecarim skin. And for his Ultimate his Charge needs to get a different sound, something darker and more frightening when it says Charge. I imagine his Charge being called by the voice of Nocturne or something simularly dark.

For his Body Kled should be looking like ... maybe more skeleton themed or maybe like a grimm reaper with a Shroud or something deamonish military like. As a weapon he should get a more spikey axe or maybe something looking like a sacrifical dagger (but longer) .

Scarl should be a sceletal Reptile or a deamonish version of what it is right now, maybe even dinasaur like ?

If i would give the Skin a Name it would be Something of the below: Soulstealer Kled Haunted Kled Reaper Kled

or something that fits with the looks of it in the end (doesnt have to be a name of a skin group) If this skin needed to be Priced i would say probably 1350RP or even 1820RP

I'm happy for some feedback on the Idea and maybe Riot will get influenced by a skin idea (only if y'all like it though ^^)
