I feel like your rank should be added to match history to allow others or you to remember achievements and rankings. I understand most people, including myself, don't understand the ranking and think it can sometimes be obscure. I recently received an S+ with 
in a game and was hoping it would be in the match history. Anyone else feel like this would be a nice, minor addition to the match history screen? Thanks!

Check your CS, and wards. Either might be low enough to rob you of S or S+. Assists as well if you didn't participate in majority of kills.
As for OP's topic, I agree as well. I like this idea and it shouldn't be difficult to implement.

Looking at your match history, your ward count is the reason why you didn't get an S or S+.
Of course, game length is also a factor, but I'm not exactly sure how it affects the rank.
