Hextech Chests OP

So one day I was sick again from school and somehow that happened to be the day the hextech crafting coming onto live servers. When I logged in I was shocked for a while but then decided to buy some chests. In one of the 11 that came out was Hextech Annie. Inside I was like dang looks like it's time to main annie but I was like isn't everyone who buys the 11 pack gets it so I thought I wasn't that special, but then all of a sudden everyone said I was so lucky when I got it. One of my friends spent 50$ and didn't get it which then made me think I was lucky and wanted to thank Riot but didn't know how. At the end of the day I came to the conclusion that Riot wanted me to main Annie out of Silver d: Thanks Riot one day i'll make you proud hehe

I also have spent 50$ so far... got 3 rare gems, and no hextech annie shard ^u^ internal screaming but congratz! <3

I would like your opinion on this: So I have 2800 RP from a 20$ purchase and I'm really not sure if buying hextech chests is worth or not. I'm really not sure what to do with my RP, and I am not desperate for hextech annie either. Do you think I should get chests or no?

HexTech is for quanity... not quality, also the champion shards are giant fuck overs, so its your opinion
