New Champion: Kino Lau

Ekko tapped into a realm of time where he is using the energy to abuse it and take moments back for himself. This is why Kino Lau cannot completely captured the soul. She doesn't have the energy since Ekko has drained so much. Kino Lau hunts Ekko so that the souls that neither Kindred or Kino Lau safely transition to death are not lost and wandering on her island Forever tormented, forever in agony, forever looking for the peaceful death they wished had reached them. (They would look like the shadow of a human, but rough on the edges and it glowing blue eyes.)

In her abilities Kino Lau would use the wandering souls and guide them to a body where they can release their suffering onto others. Kino Lau weilds a greatsword and wears very little armor, maybe some on her shins and forearms with clothing on breasts and crotch area. She would have blue glowing eyes and a piece of metal coming out of her forehead that holds a blue stone, the all the same color as Ekko's.

these are very new and small concepts for the abilities.

Passive- KIno Lau does bonus Magic damage on hit with basic attacks and every 3rd hit puts a lost soul on the target. (codlin before the 3 hit can be applied again) Instead of mana Kino Lau uses time energy. If her energy goes below 0 she will rapidly lose health. Lost Souls- A very slow moving shadowy figure will make its way to the target coming from Kino Lau and when it makes contact it will give the target a (AP) damage over time affect that will rapidly do its damage with a brief screaming sound as the Lost Soul hits.

Q- Kino Lau swings her Greatsword over her head taking .5 seconds to slam to the ground(AD), instanly sending a lost soul after the targets hit W- for a short period of time, the she will regenerate for half of the damage + (AP) dealt by lost souls E- Kino Lau dashes in a direction, briefly untargetable. *this ability costs health (the idea here is that she uses the small time energy she has to phase through things) R- Kino Lau Uses all her time energy avaliable to add that much damage + scaling AD to her next q. For a short period of time she can use an unlimited amount of time energy and gains movement speed
