Hextech Sion skin - remove from Legacy vault?

I may be misquoting, but iirc, skins were moved to the legacy vault when their quality no longer held to the quality standards we're at today (which are incredible by the way!).

Would it not be a good idea to re-release Hextech Sion and bring it out of the legacy vault per his new visual update? Its such a great skin and coincidentally the only one of his skins I like. I don't quite want to buy the bundle for a single skin either. Hell, I wouldn't even mind paying the standard pricepoint @ 975.
