Garen has not received a skin in 2 YEARS while he is played constantly, of the 450 champs he has very few skins compared to Ryze, and Annie. Riot I would really appreciate a skin worth while on Garen as he is an iconic figure of the game and is played constantly.

I wouldn't mind seeing Debonair Garen, TBH.
Whether he deserves a new skin or not is a matter of opinion, however in my opinion he deserves a skin that shows him as the paragon of good he is supposed to be. Vampire Garen and Tiny Head Garen are fine and all, but they don't really match who Garen is as a character.
