Not locking in champs in the new champ select interface

I'm not sure if this is a major problem for anyone else but right now two separate friends can't play with me because they didn't lock in after picking their champ.

I have a few ideas to help fix this and help players feel like they're more "a part of" the game.

First, when its your turn to select a champion... you just need to click on a champion that you're going to play. And instead of a small "Lock in" button appearing, the champions image/splash art covers your entire screen and there are two buttons at the bottom: a HUGE ORANGE BRIGHT "LOCK IN" button and a smaller "no thanks" sorta text or button next to it.

This makes people pick FASTER so games will START FASTER.

It's really annoying. The 30 second preferred champion thing is a total waste of time, when you could just use your keyboard.

Also, if no one bans a champion, it shouldn't kick you back to finding players. It should just go to the next player. I don't know why Riot implemented this whole lock-in requirement. It doesn't encourage or fix anything. Just creates a bigger problem than there was before.
