Gender Switch Skins

I was recently browsing through some fan art and there appeared to be alot of gender switched champions. I would like to know what the community would think if the developers implimented this idea.

it would be kinda nice, but it would be almost pointless, as it is a skin that changes nothing but what the chest looks like.

Well, it seems like an interesting concept, but consider the following:

There are already so many skins Riot is making and the community wants. It would also be pretty weird for only a couple champions to have these skins.
All of the skins would require new voiceovers, models, and splasharts. So either legendary or 1350.
I have this feeling that not a ton of them would get sold as there are definitely some concepts that work best with a specific gender. Like, cold, sneaky, and manipulative champions such as Lissandra or Elise are concepts that work best with women, at least in my opinion. Then there's brutal and murderous champions such as Darius or Aatrox that work best as men.

I honestly can't think of any champions that would look good with their gender reversed, although that is quite possibly because I'm so used to the champions in the game.

Maybe Vladimir or Riven, but meh.

They would definitely have to be 1820/Legendary with the work required for something like that.

Especially for the price.

And there's also the fact that they'd have to give most of the champions new names. You can't have a woman named Darius or Vladimir, or a man named Elise or Morgana.

I personally would enjoy seeing Gender Bent skins on many characters. Both Male and Female. It would be a slow, expensive process though as it's been stated before: Every single skin would require: A new model (with new animations to fit the model), possibly new effects to fit the model if the previous ones were too bulky or not bulky enough, voice over work. This would bring the price to 1820, and because of the need for new animations, possibly even more.

I'm not a naysayer like the rest of those here, but I will admit it's unlikely to ever occur. It's also controversial so, there's that. Rengar Garen Annie Fiora Jayce Lucian Shyvana Kindred ^ The characters I think would fit the role of Gender-Swapped-Themed-Skins the best.

I feel like it wouldn't be successful enough for the effort required. And personally I cannot really see a gender-swapped Garen, Lucian, or Vi.

A female Garen just wouldn't feel the same, largely because you wouldn't hear that powerful, majestic voice screaming DEMACIAAAAAAAA and JUSTICE! Plus Garen is just too ridiculously manly to not be a man.

I feel like the voice over would make a female Lucian sound way too much like Riven in the general depression and edginess.

My objection to a male Vi is more difficult to describe. She's not the traditional view of a woman but she wouldn't be the same as a guy. I feel like it would get rid of the tough, sassy element to her and a male version would just be, "DURRRRR I WANNA PUNCH SOMETHING."

Oh, and a female Rengar voice-over might sound way too much like Nidalee.
