[MCCC] Oroi, the Amnesiac Summoner
So the idea is for a champion who's defining attribute is that he can't remember anything for very long. He used to be a powerful summoner, but the event that erased the league from memory also erased his own memory. He could have been the one to cause the event but he can't remember so who knows. As a former summoner he obviously used to specialize in reality shaping magics, which he can still use to a certain extent, but he tends to use them accidentally or subconsciously as his conscious mind is never in one place or on one topic for long.
He's intended to be a utility mage who (unintentionally) causes chaos on the battlefield with his own forgetfulness and the ability to inflict that on others.
Innate: Greetings, I'm Oroi!
Many times Oroi forgets what he is doing or who he is talking to, so he will reintroduce himself. Every fifth spell cast, he reintroduces himself, healing for all damage dealt in the last 1 second and refreshing the cooldown on the spell that triggered it. Oroi is briefly stunned while he tries to remember.
Q: Memory Lapse
Oroi's amnesia becomes contagious, causing target enemy immense mental distess and to forget what they're doing. That target takes magic damage and is silenced and blinded for a short duration.
W: Reminder
Passive: Oroi knows he can easily forget who he was attacking, so his attacks and spells mark enemies for 3 seconds. If an ally affects target with a debuff, attack, or spell during this time, his next attack or spell will deal bonus damage.
E: Retrace your steps
Target enemy or Oroi retraces his or her steps over the last few seconds. That target does the same motions and dashes that they had done in reverse.
R: Jumbled Memories
Oroi tries to recall where his allies were recently, accidentally summoning ethereal versions of all allied champions in target area for a few seconds. These versions have an equal chance to attack enemies, run toward enemies, or run away from them. Ethereal versions cannot damage enemies with attacks or spells, but if an enemy attacks or collides with them, they will be dealt magic damage and suffer a brief fear.
