Should Conqueror stack off of DoT?

I don't know about anybody else, but when I play a champion using Conqueror, it always feels off for it to not stack off of DoT abilities. Now I know Conqueror is already strong enough as it is, but it feels like it's going against most parts of the game when it doesn't stack off of them? Things like Singed Q or Malz E, I think it would make more sense to let it stack, otherwise not very many champions use it. Now obviously the result in this would have to result in it being nerfed in some way, either it be it's nerfed for DoT abilities (maybe less damage, less healing by 50%?) or just the general stats in its own gets nerfed.

it does stack off of them, but it only does it once every 5 seconds

Explain your thoughts as well, could help myself or others come to a better understanding about this.

DoTs already have the advantage of maintaining Conqueror stacks, no need to make it easier for them to stack as well. And it's quite uninteractive than would've been intended (throw a DoT, back off and boom, full stacks). Conqueror was made to be a bruiser keystone that rewards staying in extended fights, i.e. you stay in there and proc it, not hit once and run off.

I think it should only stack on auto attacks and be heavily buffed.

Udyr already utilizes it to do huge damage. If he can stack it even easier with tiger then it would be too overpowered. So I say no

Twitch would be able to stack it with just a single auto attack, then backing off and waiting for his passive to stack it up.... I don't think this should be a thing.
