[Champion Concept] Apparatus

Stats:
HP: 410 (+90 per lv) AD: 52 (+2 per lv) AP: 0 Mana: 320 (+35 per lv) Movement speed: 370 Amor: 22 Magic resist: 20 Attackrange: 550
Abilities: Passive: Saved it!
Apparatus shields 2 random allies (including himself) for 50/75/100 (+0.1AP) damage every 25/20/15 sec. Range: 700
Q: Liquid Transformation
Passive: Apparatus gains +1/1/2/2/3 mana per minion kill in a certain radius Range: 550
Activ: Apparatus empowers the next basic attack of himself or an ally dealing 5% (+0.1 AP)(+0.2 AD) of the owners max hp as magic damage. Range: 600 Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/7 Costs: 30/35/40/45/60
W: Chain of pain
Activ: Apparatus marks an enemy champion. If he stays in a certain radius for 1.5 sec the mark trigger dealing 50/60/70/85/100 (+0.5AP) magic damage and stunning the target for 0.5/0.75/1/1.25/1.5 sec Cooldown: 18/16/14/12/10 Costs: 15/20/25/30/35

Activ: Apparatus and his allies in a certain radius get +20% movement speed. Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 Range: 600 Costs: 50/55/60/65/70
Second activ
Activ: Apparatus sends out his crow giving true sight and movement speed in the area for 1 min. This ability has a 5 min cooldown. The other activ effect can still be used in this time. The crow isnt considered to be a ward but can be swept. If the crow gets swept the cooldown gets reduced by 40%. Range: 1250 Costs: 50/50/50/50/50
R: Absorb
Apparatus marks an ally. 30%/35%/40% of the incoming damage heals for the same amount in a certain area. The mark gets triggered after 7 sec. The owner of the mark gets 30/35/45 bonus armor and magic resist and gets healed for 1/3. The rest gets divided by 4 for each ally. CastRange: 700 Cooldown: 80/70/60 Costs: 70/90/110
