Well , One day i was playing LoL (awesome game) and tought by myself "how can Riot improve" if we dont have to pay for play. Then i understood you get money out of skins. So i bought some skins to support Riot and finally i had 90RP left. As you guys know you can't do anything with 90RP. (Skinboost = 95 RP) So i wasn't going to spend more money on the game but i wanted to use the RP i had left.. Now lets find something we can do with the remaining RP. Let go you're fantasy!!
It's like buying a 10 pack of hotdogs but the buns come in a pack of 8. It typically takes several purchases to get a zero sum. This is in Riot's favor since it urges people to buy more RP to get another item and use all remaining RP, so them changing it is slightly unlikely.
However, until they do something about it, you can actually request small amounts of RP to fill in the differences. Just submit a Support Ticket and ask for it. If it's a larger amount needed or they deny the request, you can submit League related art you created in the ticket and they'll usually do it (doesn't have to be a drawing, can be a poem or something).
