[Champion - Concept] - THE DARK NECROMANCER

Before you start reading, note that none of the stats has any thoughts in to them. I just wanted to give you the basic concept of the champion and in return get some feedback :) I will post pictures and more stuffs about this champion in the future. I also want to point out that I am not a native English speaking person and there will be misspellings.

I would love feedback and sugestions so I can improve the champion, don't hate on me, this is just a concept.

The champion's name The dark necromancer

Lore(not finished) X is a dark necromancer from X. He uses this anicent forbiden magic´power he learned 100-ish years ago to control people(The lore is about him and his past for a while. It's also about how he likes to experementing on innocent victims to enhance his power. However he lacks the power to take control over more that common people and animals). He joins The League of Legends in hope to master his power in mind control. Your fredom is mine - X (or something like that)

Abilities

Passive When ever X or any of his victims kills an enemy unit, X restores 25 mana(dubble vs canon minions, large jungle monsters and champions). OR X has a stacking system, for each stack he have, his victims gets bonuses. At 50 stacks all his victims grants him the gold whenever they kill a enemy unit(only a third of the gold is grantedif X is more that 1500 units away from the killing victim). At 100 stack, every fifth basic victim is ranged. At 150 stacks all his advanced victims gains 5 attack damage and 0,5 damage per stack after that. Whenever X or any of his advanced victims kills an enemy unit, X gets one stack.

X gains 3% bonus armor and magic recist for each nearby(350 units away is the furthest distance) advanced victim.

Cursed souls - Q 10/20/30/40/50 mana per spawned victim(minion)(mana cost might/sould be higher) If acctivated, X spawns a basic melee victim every 10/9/8/7/6 second that walks to the nearest lane. (it acts like a normal minion, its basic stats is not as good as a normal minion. But when you have all, and then I meen all you items, they are a little better than the normal minions.

The victims damage is halfed vs buildings. X can move while the ability is acctivated, but he has a 10% speed reduction.

W Passive X spawns an advanced victim(not just a minion) that will follow him arond every 70/60/50/40/30 second (You have one victims at lvl 1, two victims at lvl 3, three victims at lvl 5(When you level up the ability)) The victim attacks random if X doesn't attack or the same target as X does, if not told otherwise. The victim will stop when X press S(stop) if not told otherwise.

The first victim you get is ranged, when you level up ability to lvl 2 every 10th attack the victim does is empowered/deals bonus true damage. The second victim you get is melee, when you level up the ability to lvl 4 every 10th attack is a 0,5 second snare. The third victim you get is tanky and melee, every 10th attack is a 1 secound taunt. or you buy an unique item that decides which advanced victim will be granted a bonus

Ancient Command - Active 30/25/20/15/10 mana cost. 10/8/6/4/2 seconds cooldown. X tell his advanced victims to attack the target asigned(will keep attacking until they die, the target die, vision lost or if they get to far away from X(1100 units)) or walk to the location.

E 100/95/80/85/60 mana cost. 15/13/11/9/7 seconds cooldown. X sends out a soul in targeted direction(Range sould be like 600 units). If an enemy is hit, deals 20/40/60/80/100(50% AP ratio). If an advanced victim or his Fl0ppsY is hit, X will dash/teleports to it(takes 1 secound to travel the longes distance(600units)).

Fl0ppsY - R 150/125/100 mana cost. X channels for 1 second then summons a large monster wolf that will fight for him. (controled by holding down Alt+Right Click, or pressing R again)
