Tabitha, The Crone (Champion Concept)

Passive: Bewitch >When Tabitha casts 2 spells in quick succession her remaining spell is enhanced. This effect lasts up to 5 seconds or until the spell has been used. Damaging enemy champions with a spell reduces 2 seconds of the passives cooldown for each enemy hit and auto attacks are 1 second. [35-second cooldown]
Q: Curse! >Tabitha selects a target champion within range, dealing Damage to the champion. Her doll takes the shape of the champion, marking them as her target wherever they go in the map. (Note: When Cursed enemies die they are no longer cursed. Only one enemy champion can be cursed, so using Curse on another enemy will remove the curse from the previous one.)
Bewitch: Damage is increased, reduces their Magic resist, and their health and mana regen by x% for as long as they are Bewitched Cursed.

W: Bramble Patch >Tabitha grows a line of thorny brambles damaging and slowing enemies for 0.5 seconds. Cursed enemies are snared for 1 second. The Bramble Patch lasts for 5 seconds.
Bewitch: Bramble Patch can be cast again, dealing 50% less damage to enemies hit by the first one.

Vector-targeted (Ground + Direction), an area of effect -> Like rumbles ultimate ability.
>E: Swarm Tabitha transforms into a swarm of insects for a few seconds, granting her a 40% decaying Movement Speed boost and the ability to pass through enemies. Passing through an enemy infests them with insects for 8 seconds, dealing damage over time. Cursed enemies are infested for a longer period of time and are revealed applying sight for the duration.
Bewitch: Movement speed buff does not decay and grants her 1 stack of Rejuvenation for each enemy she passes through for 4 seconds. Stacks are limited to 5 and enemies can only be hit once.

R: Hex >Passive: Whenever a cursed target dies, refresh the cooldown of Curse and Bewitch. Active: If Tabitha has a living cursed target, she throws the doll on the ground and impales it with her bramble thorned staff dealing immense damage to the cursed target. While this ability is being channeled the cursed champion can hear her chant/cast the Hex warning them that Tabitha is about to Hex them. (This is not a skill shot and cannot be dodged.)
