rapper xxxtentacion was shot death in june 18 2018. and he used to play and promote league of legends and he mainly played heimerdinger.
x has a very big fan base so i think that giving heimer a skin with dreads and hair like x's would be a good idea
I know he played league a little bit but I don't think he was active enough or well-known enough in the community to get a skin based off him. I'm bummed about his passing, it's terrible to see someone so young go so suddenly, and as much as I hate to say it, I don't think people here care enough and they wouldn't make money off the skin. Rip though. I wish him better luck in the next life and hope his friends and family are hanging in there.
