Possible Future Jinx Skin?

Hey Guys,

While seacrching the internet for fan made concept art for our favorite game:) I came across this Jinx skin. I'm not sure if anyone has made a post about this (I've never seen one at least) so I wanted to post this here and see who would like to see this skin in the game in the future. It seems to have been entered in a contest that riot held but I dont know if there is truth behind that but either way the skin is really cool in my opinion. Lets hear what you guys think!

The design of her outfit and the setting reminds me of Spellthief Lux. I like it.

if she's a witch maybe she could have jet black hair or something? BRIGHT yellow perhaps? her two skins now (Mafia and Firecracker) both gave her different colored hair (red and green respectively).

"Witch" Jinx? What makes her a witch in this image? She uses a gun and rocket launcher.
