Mechanic Champion

After reading Blitzcrank's lore, I have become increasingly interested in more unique mechanical champions. Imagine a mechanical patchwork that is vaguely sentient, an exploration of what Blitzcrank could have been and why he had to prove his sentience. Blurring together words and routine noise we would associate with production in a factory, who's only recognizable way of communication is the unorganized sounds it makes and the series of blinking from its several sensors. Perhaps it would have operable limbs, or maybe it would interact indirectly with its enviornment. Most champions in league has limbs that it utilizes for combat in some way, be it for attacking directly or initiating an attack such as magic. However, what if a champion chiefly using more hextec technology like heimerdinger's hextec rockets were explored again? One could even explore how such a conglomerate's disarray causes it to malfunction causing severe harm to others or just itself. I can't exactly find an image that could illustrate what I am picturing, especially when it comes to making a champion distinct when Velkoz is a thing. However, this is the best I can do. In a way, I suppose he would be an anolog to Dr. Mundo if he were a sentient machine.
