Urgot ideas (to make him great again)

Hey guys, I just had some random ideas about the new urgot to buff him a bit since he's kinda weak at it current state. I won't talk to much about numbers because I think that is Riot's work to balance the character number wise.

-Q- The actual Q or Urgot is pretty hard to land since the hitbox is really small and it takes like half a second to detonate, It would be cool if the "Lock Onto" effect prokes to all enemies who were in the inital circle when it landed and not when it blew.

-W- Urgot has one of the lowest base movement speed in the game (330) and his W takes 125 of movement speed when you shoot wich make items like Phage and Frozen Mallet ESSENTIAL for Urgot, it's not even an option. To fix that I think it would be cool if while W is active, you gain bonus movement speed when you land a Passive Auto Attack, it could like give x% movement speed or give a small amount that can stack if you land multiple shots to reward good players.

-E- The current E of Urgot is a strong ability in the laning phase but becomes useless when the game goes further because of it low range and long cast time. My idea is that if you hold the E key Urgot will consume the opposite leg ammuniton of the direction you wish to go to go further.

-R- The R is a unique ability that needs something more to be stronger in the late game (it's pretty strong in the laning phase tho), I have 2 main ideas : 1 : Nerf the Terrify duration from 1.5 to 0.5 sec, if you kill an enemy your R reset CD and gives you 1 stack wich disappear after a short period of time, each stack gives 0.5 sec of Terrify up to 3 stack (2 sec max)

And/Or

2 : Ignore GA (yeah, that's pretty much it)
