Lifeguard/Pool Party Diana Skin

It is summer and with pool party anniversary around the conrner I think we need a new life guard and diana is the best champion for the job. Not only does diana not have any goofy and fun skins, but all of her abilities work with a lifeguard concept (except the killing part).

Diana's passive Moonsilver Blade- We can add a water effect to her last hit to make a big splash.

Q Cresent Strike- Diana throughs a lifebouy in an arc affecting every one it touches with lifebouy that keeps them afloat.

E Pale Cascade- Diana being such a good diver creates a bubble sheild around her along with three other bubbles that burst giving a Breath of fresh air to those it hits and refreshing her own bubble.

W Moon Fall- Diana specializes in multiple victim rescue and uses her skills and strength to slave the water and bring every one close.

R Luner Rush- This is the beard and butter of a lunner goddes rescue Diana with lighting fast speed dive over any one in her way to 'rescue' her target.

What she wears is up to riot but for her weapon the standard rescue tube would suit her.
