He's fine as he is. If you don't like his kit then you either don't exactly know how to use it properly, or you aren't good at dueling.

He is fine as is. No need to fix what isn't borken

Hes not in need of a rework other than his bland basic kit, his kit is pretty well, basic, but his actual game output is amazing, his q could still be a big damage silence but imagine if he threw his sword at people to slow them for like 30%, and his w could stay the same the e could stay the same but since the q movement speed would be gone he could get some in his e, and his ultimate could be a skill shot where it acts as hes throwing the sword sideways and do a certain amount of damage depending on how far it throws and his sword could fly back to him, (maybe)

Not every champ needs a skillshot and even if you are gonna argue that garen just needs stats, you can solve that without slapping a skillshot onto him. You can make him more complicated without turning him into ezreal 2.0.

Just make all his abilities his e, then make it also apply onhit effects

oh and make it a toggle

like a rough idea would be to give him a stabdash and a jumping spin into a superhero slam

make his w almighty push and keep his ult

maybe give him a 5 stacking resistance passive opposite darius
