A Buffs and Debuffs Menu For Practice Tool

I came up with an idea for a new UI in the Practice Tool. It would be a buff and debuffss menu! This is something that League needs. Scenario: let's say I'm playing Rammus and I want to go MEGA fast, I cant go MEGA fast with just a few items. I need champions like Karma and Lulu to get my speed up to MEGA. So that's where the buffs and debuffs menu comes into place. You select which buff or debuff you want from a champion and then how long you want it to stay active then press activate in order to give yourself the buff(s). And so I designed a really crude mock up of my ideas.
