(Champion Concept) Tyrannus, The Primeval Survivor

League of Legends is sorely lacking a dinosaur or similarly prehistoric beastie, so I've taken up the task of creating one! Biography to follow:

The Great Barrier, to many, marks the edge of modern Valoran. Beyond it lies a patchwork of ruins, fractured empires and wildlands, with the Kumungu Jungle at the heart of all the rest. An inhospitable thicket of wildlife, both the flora and fauna there range from beautiful to lethal, sometimes in equal measure. But all things that live and breathe in Kumungu bend the knee to one creature; an ancient predator that has survived by a combination of attrition and force of will. Tyrannus is the last of his kind; the survivor of a race of bipedal super-predators that ruled the land before men and magic. He has seen the world pass him by, but does not intend to lose sight of it; while he draws breath, all he lays his eyes upon belongs to him.

Tyrannus is an AD bruiser; he's designed to force his way into the center of fights and shake things up. His lifesteal is designed to keep him boosted in increments; it isn't a mainstay of his kit, unlike more LS-reliant characters like Warwick, who rely on it. Tyrannus' Q and W work in tandem to allow him to continue the fight for as long as possible, while Assertion of Dominance can be used as an opening move, or to impede the escape of fleeing enemies. Tyrannus' passive cements in him in the Jungle role, in line with his mythology; it allows him to remain relevant towards the end of the game, and maintain a presence during ventures such as Baron and Dragon encounters. Finally, his ultimate: Unstoppable is his lifeline during teamfights. While powerful, its cooldown must be significant to counterbalance its potent capabilities. A well-maintained Unstoppable cast can allow Tyrannus to carry the brunt of absorbed damage during the teamfight, and with a coordinated support, Unstoppable can make Tyrannus, well, unstoppable!

Passive: Survival of the Fittest: Slaying a large jungle monster grants Tyrannus one stack of Apex Predator. Each stack of Apex Predator grants Tyrannus increased armor and bonus true damage against monsters, in addition to bonus magic damage against champions. Slaying the Rift Herald or a Drake will grant Tyrannus multiple stacks of Apex Predator, while slaying the Baron or Elder Dragon will grant even more. Q: Jugular Bite: Tyrannus bites down on a vital artery, dealing physical damage and slowing his target. If Tyrannus has more than 3 stacks of Savagery, Jugular Bite will apply Grievous Wounds and deal additional bleed damage over a few seconds. Bleed damage is capped against large jungle monsters. W: Savage Swipe: Tyrannus slashes in a cone, dealing physical damage and granting Tyrannus one stack of Savagery (max three) if he strikes a champion. Each stack of Savagery on Tyrannus increases his damage with Savage Swipe, and grants health back on hit with Savage Swipe. Using Jugular Bite against an enemy champion reduces the cooldown of Savage Swipe. Health recovery from Savage Swipe is reduced against minions and monsters. E: Assertion of Dominance: Tyrannus releases a deafening roar, dealing marginal magic damage, imparting a slow on targets farther away from him, and a silence on targets closer to him. If at least one enemy champion is slowed by Assertion of Dominance, Tyrannus is immune to slows and stuns lasting longer than one second. R: Unstoppable: Tyrannus becomes immune to pain, shrugging off damage and temporarily gaining additional stacks of Apex Predator. All damage Tyrannus takes during Unstoppable is dealt at the end of ability's duration, but damage taken during Unstoppable can be healed back by normal means, reducing damage taken at the end of the ability's duration. (Context on this last one: Imagine a mechanic similar to Tahm Kench's passive heal, in a more applied fashion.)

Feedback and discussion on this writeup is very important to me! I don't frequent the boards often, but figured this would be the best place to post this. Please let me know what you think!
