[Champion Concept] Emmy - Cyborg of Revengeance

(Emmy is a Champion that I had in mind for a couple of weeks. My intention is to create a Cyborg who comes from Zaun and had a important past connected with Viktor. However, there is no Prologue as I simply don’t feel to create one due to my past Prologues being left over and ignored. However, I hope you enjoy my Champion Concept - Emmy)

*"Emmy Honeywell, brilliant scientist and highly honoured contributor to Zaun’s technology path, was one of a kind. The Honeywells were known as a family with deep understanding in technomancy, and Emmy, as the last living person of the Honeywells, chased her dreams furthermore. *
*Ms. Honeywell studied and developed a device that is capable of empowering a human body, infusing it with a enormous amount of power, eventually increasing ones life by a sevenfold. In fact, Emmy’s project was financed by Viktor, the Machine Herald, who had the technology in mind for his own goals. However, with the time, Viktor’s feelings towards Emmy grew stronger, eventually confessing towards Emmy his feelings. Emmy Honeywell refused any close relationship to Viktor, and he left her side, but not for long. *
Unfortunately, Emmy Honeywell’s research caused a explosion in her laboratory. Most of her body were severely damaged and her life has been rescued, but under the condition of an artificial coma. When Viktor heard of Emmy, he broke into the hospital and kidnapped her, implementing a device of his own, similar to Honeywell’s device, and restoring the destroyed parts of her body and including weaponry. In fear Emmy would insist on leaving Viktor, he programmed Emmy to follow the orders of him and had suppressed her emotions.
Viktor’s arrogance and narcissism was his doom, because sooner or later Emmy has regained her conscience and destroyed Viktor’s laboratory. Emmy’s life has been saved, but for the cost of her human body. Her mind has been suppressed and all of her oppressed emotions erupted at once. Emmy Honeywell joins now the League of Legends in order to pursue Viktor and make an end to his so called Glorious Evolution – as 'Viktor’s goal is not a perfect world, but a world for him to rule'. "
#Appearance
Emmy looks pretty much like the picture below. Half of Emmy’s body was destroyed by the explosion. Only her torso and her head has been spared. Her arms is partially cybernetic, her hands act as weapons – her fingertips open and she can shoot energy blasts as basic attacks or for abilities. With her abilities, she can dismantle her legs and the legs can be damaged as they act like a shield for her. When her legs are destroyed, she can float because she has a flying device inside of her hips.

Emmy can drop off two drones out of her back. Those drones follow her and simultaneously attack along with her basic attacks.

#Champion Explanation
- Emmy Honeywell (Inspiration for the name taken by the game The Last Remnant) is a very humble and stubborn person. She argues often and dislikes pretty much every form of humiliation. Nevertheless, she loves all kind of cute things like Yordles and though she’s from Zaun, she respects other scientists like Heimerdinger.
- *Sometimes Emmy feels lost. Due to her body being half human and half robotic, she isn’t sure of herself if she deserves to be treated as a human being or as a machine. Sometimes she is afraid of her powers, but comes to her senses once she realizes that her powers can be used to stop Viktor. Furthermore, she is the result of her own research and thus is an example of how the technology may help Zaun. *
- *Imagine that you close your eyes and in the next time when you open your eyes, and you’re not your usual self. Your body was humiliated by the experiments of a madman scientist, a man who deliberately silenced your tongue and oppressed your emotions. You have to follow him and his orders. Yes, you want revenge. Emmy feels the same way, but sevenfold times stronger. *
- *What is not known, is that Jayce met Emmy in Viktor’s laboratory. When he entered the laboratory of Viktor, Jayce saw the horrifying brilliance of Viktor's creations, all powered by the energy of the arcane crystal. One of those creations was Emmy. Jayce fell in love with Emmy on the first look. When Jayce destroyed the crystal, the power to harness Emmy’s body was also destroyed. However, Emmy dislikes Jayce because he acts like a Hero and does show off too much. This doesn’t mean particularly that Emmy will always dislike Jayce, but for now he’s too immature for her. *
- Emmy is a Cyborg. She is half human and half machine. Her body was formed to be a weapon, but her personality awakened and Viktor’s strings has been cut. Emmy takes inspiration through few examples of Androids or Cyborgs. Her weaponry includes her finger pistols like in the picture above – she can shoot energy blasts out of her fingers. Her other weapon is a device in her hips that she can dismantle to float and gain more speed. She also has two drones that can be detached out of her back and shoot alongside with Emmy’s basic attacks.
- *Emmy Honeywell is supposed to be a great magic Fighter and Marksman who can devastate the battlefield through her speed and accuracy. Best played on mid, top and perhaps bot. *

#Abilities
#Innate Passive - 'Infinite Control ':
*Whenever Emmy activates a basic ability, she becomes immune to Crowd Control for 0.5 seconds. The duration can’t stack and will instead refresh. *
#Q (Cone - Slow) – ‘Rapid Fire ‘:
*Upon activation, Emmy roots herself for 1 second while channelling, and raising her right hand in the designated location. In a 475 range long and 170 range wide cone, Emmy’s fingertips shoots unlimited amount of energy blasts for over 1 seconds on the area, dealing to all enemies inside 65/75/85/95/105(+45% AP) magic damage. *
Emmy can once more recast while ’Rapid Fire’ is active. She then will raise her left hand in the second designated location. In a 475 range long and 170 range wide cone, Emmy deals again 65/75/85/95/105(+45% AP) magic damage. In addition, if enemies are both hit by two cones, they will be slowed by 55% for 1.5 seconds that starts decaying after 0.5 seconds. Second recast will stack Emmy’s first self-root.
- **Mana Cost: ** First Cast: 35/45/65/75/85 --- Recast: 50/60/70/80/90

#W (Passive – Active – Shield – Movement Speed) - 'Hyper Hull & Dismantle':
Passive – Hyper Hull: *As long as Emmy’s legs aren’t destroyed, Emmy is shielded by [10% of Max Health] and receives bonus [+5 x Champion Level] movement speed. However, IF Emmy’s shield/legs are gone, her jet device in her hip activates and Emmy floats while her movement speed bonus slowly decays for 1.5 seconds and then goes on Cooldown. Emmy regains her legs/shield when Cooldown is finished. *
Active – Dismantle: Upon activation, Emmy dismantles her shield and legs to double the movement speed bonus given, but only for 1.5 seconds. After 1.5 seconds, Emmy has no movement speed bonus until Cooldown is finished.

#E (Basic Attack Enhancer) - 'Overclock ':
*Emmy’s next 1/2/3/4/5 basic attacks will have +60% Attack Speed and each will deal bonus magic damage equal to 25% Ability Power. This lasts until all available basic attacks were made or after 4.5 seconds. *

#Ultimate - 'Task Force Ultima ':
*Upon activation, from Emmy’s back undocks two drones and they will stay close behind Emmy. For 5/6/7 seconds, Emmy’s basic attacks are accompanied with two shots fired by the two drones for each basic attack made. Each shot from the drones deals 35/40/45(+10% AP)(+35% Bonus AD) magic damage, won’t apply on-hit effects, can’t critically strike and ’Overclock’ won’t enhance the damage applied. *
- **Mana Cost: ** 100 at all ranks
- **Cooldown: ** 120/100/80
#Concept Explanation
I fear Emmy’s a bit complicated to understand and play. But hey, I love challenge and I create only challenging Champion (Well, for my taste). Emmy’s Passive, Q, W and R are new, while E is kind of a rip-off of similar attack speed boosting abilities. However, Emmy is a really awesome magic Marksman who can deal a great amount of damage. Her passive allows her to slip out of hard times when she gets focused hardly. Because of this, a pro player won’t be forced to buy defensive items and go all-out for glass cannon builds. In fact, this might be for the better, because then Emmy is a easy prey for ambushes and assaults.
- Innate Passive gives Emmy the ability to nullify CC, this means Silence, Stuns, Snare – but only for 0.5 seconds. A very tricky ability that is punishes for bad timing. Anyhow, if you use your Q once, you can use Q a second time to increase it to 1 seconds, which can save Emmy’s life. But beware, Q roots Emmy and thus wouldn’t be the best way to dodge stuns because you’re sooner or later bantha food. (Star Wars reference)
- Her Q is awesome. She can deal over 1 seconds great damage in a cone area. She can recast any time, 0.7 seconds after or even simultaneously with the first cast, and deal the double amount. Another way is to attack two different zones, which can sometimes be very helpful when the enemy is hiding in a bush or invisible.
- The W gives her constant acceleration, but once she is damaged, it’ll be down for long time. She can instead activate to deplete her shield and gain the double amount of her passive movement speed and escape or kite her enemies.
- E enhances her basic attacks and helps her Ultimate a lot to compensate her lack of constant damage due to low attackspeed and AP based build.
- Last, but not least - The Ultimate creates two drones that fight alongside, dealing each one shot that can bring a enemy down to its knees. Be warned that Emmy’s basic attack range is very short and can be easily suckered.
Emmy is strong against Melee Champions with lack of disengage. She can poke her enemies and flee in the right moment. But ranged Champions or strong burst Champions can get her easily and finish her off.
