[Just some lore I thought last night when I couldn't sleep. The idea is that this champion has knowledge of the constraints that the League of Legends artificially puts on a champion's power.]

To a typical denizen of Valoran, Vel'Koz's knowledge-collecting activites beg the question: what does he intend do with all that information? Many believe that he is preparing for a war or invasion.

It is not wrong to say that most of the denizens of the Void would use that information in that manner. But in truth, Vel'Koz merely aims to understand the world. This puts him at odds with the many others who wish to use his knowledge for their own goals. As a result, he keeps his information locked away in an secure organic library, consisting of weak organisms with a high capacity for information retention.

Though he designed the library to keep outsiders out, he never imagined he had to keep insiders in.

There exists a philosophy in the Void: "Autonomy is the highest ideal. They that threaten your dignity must suffer." One organism in the library, Wil'Koz, has bitterly taken to this philosophy. Being captured by Vel'Koz and reduced to a living database has weakened it greatly, but it has been able to slowly and gradually save up the energy for an escape Using specific knowledge of the League of Legends derived from countless Deconstructions, it used all the energy to use the spell known as "Flash" to transport itself outside of the library.

Finally free, yet exhausted from its energy expenditure and without the protection of the library, it could not survive in the Void like before, and would perish alone.

To a typical denizen of the Void, Soren's theoretical developments beg the question: what does he intend to do with all that information? Many believe he is preparing for war. It is not wrong to say that his analyses have already been used in that manner. But in truth, Soren merely aims to understand the world around him, which puts him at odds with individuals like Heimerdinger and organizations like the Institute of War, who wish to use his knowledge to further interests such as creating weapons.

At first he was ridiculed for his purely theoretical approach, but as his value become more apparant, he attracted the attention of highest echelons of the Institute. It was clear that their aim was to achieve military supremacy. As a result, he began refusing to work under them any longer. Even when they threatened to take his life, even when he was tortured and his fingernails were removed and his toes cut off, even when the people closest to him were brutally killed, he did not waver.

In Valoran there is a saying: "Make them see hell, and they will submit." Desperate for his continued contributions, the Institute of War arranged to have his head forced into a portal to the Void, in order to drive him insane by visions of its unspeakable terrors.

At that moment, Wil'Koz encountered Soren. They studied each other with curiosity, despite their dire situations. Then it made a choice: it would live as a parasite, and subject itself to a life again constrained, but this time by its own will. Though Soren was terrified by its abominable appearance, once they shared each others thoughts, he accepted it fully.

As a symbiont, Wil'Koz and Soren have abandoned their ideals, pooling their bodies and knowledge to pursue a singular purpose: revenge. Now with the means and the drive, they have, to the alarm of their persecutors, infiltrated the League of Legends.

"Make them see hell, and they will submit..." "They who threaten your dignity must suffer."

Allies: Kalista Enemies: Vel'Koz, Heimerdinger

Passive: : Allied champion death timers are reduced by 10%.

Q: Revector: Wil'Koz attaches a part of itself to an allied champion, redirecting damage-causing particles to enemy units within the original ability's range (prioritizing champions, and allowing linear projectile based abilities to be champion targeted for the shorter of 2/3/... projectiles or 5/.../... seconds.

The effect ends when Soren is out of range of the champion.

W: Wil'Koz takes the form of a cannon, which Soren uses to damage and slow enemy units.

E: Wil'Koz attaches part of itself to up to two minions and slightly increases their attack damage, armor, and magic resist. Reactivate this ability to direct those minions to a target location or attack an enemy unit.

R: Heat Up: Wil'koz creates an area such that all champions who walk through the area have their current cooldowns reduced by 20/25/30%.

[Abilities cannot be used at the same time except for R; the ability must end before another can be used.]
