Rare? All skins have an equal chance of being gifted in a mystery gift. At least, I would assume so.
meh its better than spooky fiddle . its unavailable atm so i guess it hasnt all bad
I would say since its not something that is available in the store right now its in a sense a rare opening. But it is a 750 skins so its pretty bad from just the price since its 490 per Mystery Gift.
