Ping Test Client Tool (suggestion)

Just a short suggestion, going into a custom game is another annoying step many have to take if their ping has been inconsistent and want to check if it's good enough to play a game.

If a tool was made within the client it could warn players that their high ping (150+) could affect gameplay, allowing them to take appropriate steps to improve the quality of the game for everyone.
