When can I buy nightmare cho'gath?

I was wondering just when rito puts this skin on sale. I remember back in April some legacy skins were on sale again, but Nightmare cho'gath has yet to make a return, anyone know when he might be on sale again?

First off, this isn't a champion or skin concept so please post appropriately. Second, chances are probly some time in October for the Harrowing.
