Skin Concept - Alarm Clock Zilean
Although I am not a very good Zilean player I think that this skin is a necessity. Leave your thoughts and if anyone has seen a concept art feel free to leave a link in the comments.

Its an interesting Idea, My Idea for a Zillian skin would be based off of Ionia however, as he has a shurima and piltover skin. This one would make him look a bit younger and his clock would be either bamboo or jade.
But don't get me wrong, your idea has potential!
